Hey there! I’m Stephenie — a coastal dreamer, faith-filled encourager, and multi-passionate creative from sunny Florida. By day, I’m a Realtor helping people find homes they love. By heart, I’m a writer, handmade tote bag creator (shoutout to Jewelfish!), and big believer in the beauty of new beginnings.

I’m also the author of The Door: Embracing Transitions, Opportunities, and Divine Encounters, a devotional all about saying yes to God’s timing, even when it feels uncertain. Whether I’m designing a beachy tote, sharing real estate tips, or pouring my heart into a blog post, my mission is the same: to inspire women to walk boldly through every door God opens.

I live in northwest Florida with my amazing husband Cory and our two spoiled Shih Tzus, Kai and Kofi. When I’m not creating or showing homes, you can find me enjoying the sunshine, exploring new places, or dreaming up my next big idea — probably with a Celsius drink in hand.
